I am the Lab Manager for Functional Solutions at EMD Performance Materials Corp. I manage an innovation & application group that supports R&D, customer projects,  and sales for various products, including Durazane® polysilazanes, Tivida® fluoro-surfactants, and Iriotec® laser marking additives. I have a Ph.D. in Chemistry from University of Pittsburgh, and conducted my postdoctoral research at Berkeley Labs and University of Texas at Austin.
