In the present tutorial, we will look at some of the strategies that have been implemented to create materials that can heal. We will cover dynamic covalent bonds and supramolecular and other non-covalent strategies utilized in the context of healing. We will also evaluate the concepts autonomous vs. assisted mending and how they could become relevant for real-life applications.
